While internet can be a delightful medium to impact the lives of its user in ways unimaginable, accessing internet exposes them to risk as well – and therefore the need to address this technology in the lives of young internet users both at the regional (geo-political zones) and national levels to ensure all internet stakeholders are actively involved in the opportunities it brings as well as reduce the risk associated with it.
The Foundation is set to promote safe activities on the internet and how issues affecting the lives of online users and the digital environment are resolved.
With this purpose, NKF identified collaborative ideas, signs and symptoms of online abuse and how best to deal with such situations; providing the needed awareness, guidance and support to children and affected victims.

Promote open discussion and debates around aspects relating to child online safety, protection and abuse during our programs and as well as during inter-sessional conversations with key partners and stakeholders
